1. The service

Filepoke lets anyone share files and text through links that expire (and can be set to delete after a single view). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Filepoke to share unlawful content — including child sexual abuse material, malware or viruses, content that infringes others' copyright, or another person's private or personal information without their consent — and do not use it to harass others or to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. You can report abusive content with the in-app report button or by emailing our abuse contact. We remove violating content and may block offenders.

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you upload and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove any content that violates these terms or exposes the service to legal risk.

5. Availability & deletion

Shared content is intentionally ephemeral: it is deleted when its expiry passes or, for view-once links, after the first view, and may be removed at any time. Filepoke is not a backup service — keep your own copies of anything important. We do not guarantee availability, retention, or delivery.

6. No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
